The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, greeting visitors, answering phones, and performing other clerical duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and have a professional demeanor.
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will also be expected to provide support with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of events.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the office staff.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory.
