Advise customers about necessary services and routine maintenance.
Obtain vehicle information and give customers accurate written costs of maintenance/repairs.
Open and close repair tickets.
Schedule maintenance appointments.
Communicate with customers to let them know when work is complete.
Review repair orders to ensure accuracy.
Communicate with Service Technicians.
