As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Responding to customers via phone, email, text and chat Providing product service information to customers Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Maintaining accurate customer records n our system Identifying and escalating customer concerns management when necessary Meeting or exceeding productivity goals and targets set by management Continuously improving customer service delivery by identifying areas of improvement Requirements:
