UDC specializes in multi-family development and management and is dedicated to providing a superior living experience for our residents.
Each employee plays a key role in the success of UDC and we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team.
The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day to day property operations in compliance with company policies and procedures and all applicable Federal, State and local laws and housing programs, including but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity, Fair Housing and Human Rights statutes.
The Property Manager is also responsible for the management, supervision, and professional development of all direct reports and for overseeing and enhancing the value of the property and achieving stated financial results and operating objectives.
Requirements:
Applicants must have proven customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ability to meet stated deadlines Meet company standards on conduct, attendance, etc.
Demonstrate good communication skills and help ensure positive communication with staff, coworkers, vendors, agencies, owners, and the community.
A high school diploma is required.
Prior property management or related experience is required Prior lease up experience required.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Clear background screen and acceptable credit screen.
