The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in managing daily resort operations.
Supervise departments to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
Coordinate activities with department heads to meet guest expectations.
Develop strategies to increase resort's profitability.
Assist in the preparation and control of the resort's budget.
Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues.
Participate in community public relations for the resort.
Foster a positive and cooperative work environment among staff.
Duties would include but are not limited to answering phones, emails, and in-person inquiries for the Hotel, Restaurant & SPA also manage houseskeepers and maintenence.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of leadership and managerial success.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of hotel management software and systems is a plus.
