Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks as directed by the supervisor or project manager - Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - assist concrete placement and finishing - assist with retaining wall installment - assist in hardscape installation - Collaborate with construction management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Fabricate and assemble materials according to specifications - Maintain a clean and organized work area - must be able to operate an excavator and skid steer - possession of a Commercial Drivers License is plus Requirements:
- must have a valid drivers license - must be able to pass a drug test - must be able to operate an Excavator and Skid steer - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders - Proficiency in various construction tasks, such as concrete, rock and boulder work, retaining walls, storm water utilities and landscape needs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment Note:
