Project Manager
Project Manager (Hendersonville, NC):
Create and track purchase orders, change orders, RFIs, submittals, coordinate meetings, and record keeping. Collaborate with project team and other stakeholders involved to accomplish project goals. Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion, and sediment control. Manage projects from concept through construction documents. Review general contract documents and develop and maintain project estimates, budgeting, cost projections, and reporting. Respond to RFE and queries from subcontractors to resolve issues encountered on site during construction. Oversee construction activities by inspecting the project site and review daily work progress reports. Ensure quality control implementation, interpret plans to field workers, and monitor construction work in compliance with specifications.
Requires Master's degree in Civil Engineering and 24 months relevant work experience.
