Oversee and manage the daily operations of the collections department, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations Managing Sales Team members Train and mentor collections staff, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.
Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, and follow up to ensure timely payments Maintain a positive and friendly relationship with customers Manage inventory to ensure proper reconditioning Our ideal candidate has the following:
High School diploma or GED 5
years of finance experience required Collection experience is required.
Preferably in a Buy Here Pay Here setting Excellent customer service skills Strong understanding of collections laws and regulations Confident and outgoing personality Professional appearance and great communication skills Job Type:
