Responsibilities:
Use bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software Process business transactions, accounts receivable and/or payable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts Posting financial transactions Receiving and recording payments Entering debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records Qualifications / Skills:
Account reconciliation Ledger sheets Analyzing accounts Critical thinking skills Accounting skills Time management skills Excellent attention to detail Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
