Job Details: Description: The Foundation Office Manager is responsible for the management of the administrative/clerical functions of the Pardee Foundation. In addition, this position is responsible for managing the fundraising database, performing gift processing and donor recognition functions, and preparing monthly financial reports. Manager is also responsible for managing all aspects of the building and property. Reports to the Executive Director of the Foundation.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma required; higher education preferred. 5 years basic office administration required and non-profit work preferred. Supervisory experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Financial Edge and Raiser s Edge software packages required. Basic knowledge of accounting practices highly preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
