Our Client is looking for an IT leader passionate about driving technology infrastructure to align with their continuous business expansion. They need a visionary that has a diverse background in IT, allowing him/her to be engaged and hands on throughout the IT delivery lifecycle. The individual will provide strong leadership and mentoring of staff while developing a collaborative, agile and innovative relationship with C level leaders. The successful candidate will be able to understand quickly how to not only maintain the client's current edge on competition but provide scalable technology solutions to take their business to the next level. Our client is developing a dream team inspired by the vision of their leaders and clever enough to identify and execute upon innovative solutions, shifting vision to reality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide vision to develop key technology solutions to meet business driven needs
Implementation of technology solutions and execution in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Participate in developing and mentoring of direct report(s), with overall responsibility for the success of department
Communicate the strategic initiatives of the company to IT department; ensuring department focus is on goals set by the leadership team
Managing resources to ensure that IT is focused on and executing company goals
Recruitment, development and training of IT talent to build a high performing team
Hands-on experienced IT leader that motivates others with his/her ability to roll up sleeves and work side by side with their staff
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Past experience as leader of diverse group of managers within IT department.
Verifiable examples detailing problem solving approaches and innovative solutions within your IT career
Experience and certification with industry leading vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.
Familiar with configuration, installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS SQL, VMware virtualization, EMC SAN technologies, Fiber Channel, Cisco Networking, Dell/Quest vRanger backup and recovery solutions, Symantec Backup Exec, Server and desktop hardware
Experience with digital imaging preferred
Prefer degree in IT and/or business management
Broad knowledge of information technology processing systems, concepts, and methodologies.
Demonstrated aptitude for seeking out and learning about new technologies.
Skilled at conveying knowledge and vision by presenting strong business case for any recommended change to company leaders
Confirmable experience with leaders and team to develop and execute IT budget Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
